Model F · Free Synthesizer
Few controls.
Big sound.
Analogue circuit-modelled synthesizer.
Deep basses, powerful leads, wide SuperSaw chords and moving sequences. Model F brings circuit-modelled oscillators, a nonlinear ladder filter and an editable multi-stage envelope into a straightforward interface.
512 presets. Six built-in effects. Arpeggiator and direct sound design.
Windows 64-bit · VST3 · CLAP · Standalone

Circuit modelling at the heart of the sound
The oscillator, filter and contour sections model analogue circuit behaviour. Oscillator character and the filter’s nonlinear response work together to shape the sound.
Adjust the detuning of the two oscillators, close the filter and increase contour depth. Move from a round bass to a sharp pluck with just a few controls.
- Six oscillator waveforms
- 32′–1′ octave range
- Detune and glide
- White and pink noise
- Shared Attack, Decay and Sustain controls
- LFO routing to oscillator and filter
Seven oscillators. One SuperSaw control.
SuperSaw combines a centre oscillator and six side oscillators for each note. DETUNE adjusts their frequency spread, from focused tones to wide chords. Each note has its own ladder filter and contour circuit, with up to eight notes of polyphony.
Draw your own movement
The Multi-Stage Envelope lets you draw how a sound changes over time. Add points, edit segment curves or paint rhythmic shapes with a wave brush. Route it to Filter, Oscillator Pitch or Volume (Output).

- Up to 16 editable internal points
- Separate left and right curve handles
- X/Y grid and snap
- Eight wave brushes
- Once, Loop and Hold playback
- Alternative AD envelope mode
- Save and load envelope shapes separately
Open the large editor with the button beside the keyboard. The button stays orange while multi-stage modulation is active, even after you close the editor.
Turn chords into sequences
The built-in arpeggiator turns held notes into rhythmic patterns. Set direction, division, octave range and gate length. Keep a pattern running with HOLD or sync it to your DAW.
- Up, Down, Up/Down and Random
- One to three octaves
- Tempo divisions including triplets
- Adjustable gate and HOLD
- DAW or internal tempo
Synth and FX. One instrument.
Finish your sound with six built-in effects: F EQ, Inflator, Phaser, Chorus, Stereo Delay and Reverb. Switch between SYNTH and FX and drag effect headers to reorder the chain. Each effect has bypass and Mix controls.

Stereo Delay offers independent left/right times, tempo sync, ping-pong, ducking, Drive, Wow and Diffusion. Presets and DAW sessions retain effect settings and chain order.
Add character with Overload
Overload saturates the mixer before the filter, adding harmonics and density. At zero it preserves the dry sound; higher settings give basses and leads a stronger character.
Start with 512 sounds
Explore 512 factory presets in Bass, Lead, Key, Pad, FX and Arp categories. The original 160 sounds are retained, including 40 multi-stage envelope presets. Search by category or text, save your own sounds to the user library or export them as files. Sound and envelope settings are stored with your DAW session.

A straightforward workspace
Focus on single notes in the default Mono mode. Build chords with four-note Poly or eight-note SuperSaw, and explore Octave, Fifth, Ring and Ring Poly modes. Play from the on-screen keyboard, computer keyboard or a MIDI controller. Automate controls in your DAW and use PANIC to clear sounding notes and the arpeggiator HOLD state.
